A few years ago author, coach and adventurer Paula Reid began to draw up a “Live Life To The Full” list. She has since completed more than 100 adventures, ranging from the big – skiing to the South Pole – to smaller wishes, such as attending Glastonbury and publishing poems.

Having completed a Masters degree in psychology, Paula also began to promote the benefits of “adventure psychology” and doing good deeds. This has translated into a new quest, in which she has cycled across 50 European countries, doing a “good turn” in each.
